This is an E chord.
its just a sound
but it makes you feel alright.
and nobody in this whole big world
can tell you quite why.

but it does.

this is tension.
can you feel it mounting?
can you feel it building?
good.
now feel it subside.

this is music.
there's nothing to it
but it sure makes you feel good
sure makes you feel alive.

I asked a scientist who won the nobel prize
he said if I asked him again

he probably wouldn't be able
to even solve for 'Y'

why?

I never had faith
