Im so sorry about this trouble with your order. No one from that shipment received their order yet so its really strange. The only thing I can think of is that the post office forgot to put on the 1 class airmail sticker and that the whole shipment went by boat instead. In that case it takes about 12-15 days the post office told me today.
Are you willing to wait until Wednesday next week? If you still haven't got it then I will send you a new one and something extra for the trouble. Does that sound ok?
