I just want to say thank you to the entire Bell family for allowing us to get to know Spencer and his music. As a cancer survivor myself (though not adrenal cancer) I cannot possibly express my sincerest gratitude for your tireless work supporting adrenal cancer awareness and funding. 21 years ago today my father died at the age of 58 from a heart attack. My daughters were only ten months old when their grandfather passed. He never got to see my children grow to the beautiful young ladies they have become and he never got a chance to meet my niece (Sydney, 5) or my nephew (Seth, 7). They never got a chance to know their grandfather except through the many stories we have told them.

WOW! 2009 is ending and 2010 is about to begin. I just thank God that I am still here to see another year. Since my initial cancer diagnosis in 2002 I realize each day is a gift to be treasured. A new year means God in His infinite wisdom has given me another day to praise Him and to share my story. I pray that God will continue to use me in whatever way He wants. I pray for each of you health and happiness in the new year and am thankful to be able to call you friends.

One of my fondest Christmas memories actually didn't even happen during Christmas time. Hayley and Lindsay informed me that their cousins had told them about Santa. They asked me if it were true that I had given them all those presents and not some guy that comes once a year from the North Pole.
