A little August Raffle Update....

So here we are again -- another little update for you. Is anyone else getting as excited as I am that August 28th is rapidly approaching?? (I've been talking to some of the bands - and they're as geared up for the shows as you all are!!)

Raffle: We will be doing raffle drawings during the EVENING show, but tickets will be available during the afternoon show as well.

We have some really cool prizes - A copy of Phoenix Taylor's "No Sleep", HQ pictures of the 100 Monkeys, a sweet and adorable My Little Pony decked out in tie-dye and the Legacy Project logo (just how many of THOSE have you seen lately??), a signed banner, for those of you who were at NewCon - we will have a couple of the large posters with Spencer's lyrics (Monkey Song and Beautiful More So), original artwork, funsaver cameras that we'll leave in the hands of the bands ..... and the list keeps growing!!!

Tickets will be onsale for $2 a piece or 3 for $5. The money will go back into the Legacy project to make sure there will be more shows and more of Spencer's great music in the future.

A few people have asked me if you must be present to win - and the answer is no. If you aren't going to be at the show just shoot me message here on the site, or email me at Suzanne@DetweilerLNC.com and we'll get you hooked up. I will allow for outside sales up until August 20th. (Then I'll be on vacation - sorry!)

Comment by Suzanne Detweiler on August 10, 2010 at 9:21am: Because Callahan's is small we can't set up an area to put a raffle bucket and prizes out - so it will be an all in one system. All the tickets will go in one box, and we'll draw the prizes in a semi-random order.

In the future the individual buckets is an idea, but at Callahan's it's not possible.

Comment by Suzanne Detweiler on July 30, 2010 at 3:54pm: Yup Lianne - they will be sold at both shows. You don't have to buy them in advance - if you'll be there just buy them there. It's easier to keep track of that way.
